C. Fletcher (USRA) reports on behalf of the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor Team:
"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 711329677/230717982 at 23:34:32.98 UT
on 17 July 2023, tentatively classified as a GRB, is in fact not due
to a GRB. This trigger is likely due to a Solar Flare."
