TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 34256 SUBJECT: GRB 230725B: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 23/07/25 13:08:51 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 12:58:19 UT on 25 Jul 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 230725B (trigger 711982704.317538 / 230725540). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 30.2, Dec = 47.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 02h 00m, 47d 47'), with a statistical uncertainty of 1.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 2.0 degrees.
