TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 34361 SUBJECT: GRB 230807A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 23/08/07 22:35:36 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 22:25:01 UT on 7 Aug 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 230807A (trigger 713139906.818582 / 230807934). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 73.3, Dec = -51.0 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 04h 53m, -51d 00'), with a statistical uncertainty of 3.5 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 96.0 degrees.
