TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 34949 SUBJECT: GRB 231104B: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 23/11/04 23:21:14 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 23:10:39 UT on 4 Nov 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 231104B (trigger 720832244.521916 / 231104966). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 10.9, Dec = -41.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 00h 43m, -41d 47'), with a statistical uncertainty of 3.3 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 124.0 degrees.
