O.J. Roberts (USRA/NASA-MSFC) reports on behalf of the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor Team:

“The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 231107654 / 721064512 at 15:41:47.36 UT
on 07 November 2023, tentatively classified as a GRB, is in fact not due to a GRB. 
This trigger is due to local particles."
