The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 11:44:10 UT on 28 Nov 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 231128A (trigger 722864655.02195 / 231128489).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 194.1, Dec = -44.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 12h 56m, -44d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 7.4 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 85.0 degrees.
