TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 35334 SUBJECT: GRB 231214A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 23/12/14 20:34:47 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 20:24:24 UT on 14 Dec 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 231214A (trigger 724278269.684604 / 231214850). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 302.2, Dec = -72.1 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 20h 08m, -72d 05'), with a statistical uncertainty of 1.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 50.0 degrees.
