The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 23:46:33 UT on 13 Jun 2024, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 240613A (trigger 740015198.966608 / 240613991).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 262.2, Dec = -66.1 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 17h 28m, -66d 05'), with a statistical uncertainty of 8.3 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 57.0 degrees.
