J. J. DeLaunay (PSU), S. Dichiara (PSU), A. Y. Lien (U Tampa) and
T. M. Parsotan (GSFC) report on behalf of the Neil Gehrels Swift
Observatory Team:

At 19:01:18 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered on SGR 1E 1841-045 / Kes 73 (trigger=1249653). Swift did not slew to the source.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 280.339, -4.928 which is
   RA(J2000) = 18h 41m 21s
   Dec(J2000) = -04d 55' 39"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a double-peaked
structure with a duration of about 0.5 sec. The peak count rate
was ~30000 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.

NO XRT or UVOT data is available since the spacecraft did not slew to the source.
