Ukwatta (GSFC/GWU) and\nL. Vetere (PSU) report on behalf of the Swift Team:\n\nAt 14:34:38 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and\nlocated GRB 091102 (trigger=374598). Swift did not slew immediately \nto the burst due to an observing constraint. \nThe BAT on-board calculated location is \nRA, Dec 72.674, -72.510 which is \n RA(J2000) = 04h 50m 42s\n Dec(J2000) = -72d 30' 34\"\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including \nsystematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a multi-peaked\nstructure with a duration of about 10 sec. The peak count rate\nwas ~5000 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger. \n\nDue to an observing constraint, Swift will not slew until \nT0+13.6 minutes. There will be no XRT or UVOT data until\nthis time. We will issue another circular at when those \ndata are available. \n\nBurst Advocate for this burst is E. A. Hoversten (hoversten AT astro.psu.edu). \nPlease contact the BA by email if you require additional information\nregarding Swift followup of this burst. In extremely urgent cases, after\ntrying the Burst Advocate, you can contact the Swift PI by phone (see\nSwift TOO web site for information: http://www.swift.psu.edu/too.html.)",
