Grupe (PSU) report on behalf of the\nSwift/UVOT team:\n\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 100213A\n77s after the BAT trigger (Grupe et al., GCN 10411). No optical\nafterglow consistent with the XRT position (Beardmore et al., GCN 10418) \nis detected in the initial UVOT exposures.\n\nPreliminary 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system\n(Poole et al. 2008, MNRAS, 383, 627) for the first exposures are:\n\nFilter    T_start(s)   T_stop(s)  Exp(s)  Mag\n------------------------------------------------\nwhite     77           227        147     >20.20\nv         59           68         9       >17.19\nu         289          366        75      >19.7\n\n\nThe values quoted above are not corrected for the Galactic extinction\ndue to the reddening of E(B-V) = 0.31 in the direction of the burst\n(Schlegel et al. 1998).",
