Vetere (PSU) report on behalf of the\nSwift Team:\n\nAt 02:23:00 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and\nlocated GRB 100316A trigger=416076). The BAT on-board calculated location is \nRA, Dec 252.032, +71.825 which is \n RA(J2000) = 16h 48m 08s\n Dec(J2000) = +71d 49' 31\"\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including \nsystematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a single-peaked\nstructure with a duration of about 10 sec. The peak count rate\nwas ~2000 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~2 sec after the trigger. \n\nDue to an observing constraint, Swift will not slew until \nT0+51.8 minutes. There will be no XRT or UVOT data until\nthis time. \n\nBurst Advocate for this burst is W. H. Baumgartner (wayne AT milkyway.gsfc.nasa.gov). \nPlease contact the BA by email if you require additional information\nregarding Swift followup of this burst. In extremely urgent cases, after\ntrying the Burst Advocate, you can contact the Swift PI by phone (see\nSwift TOO web site for information: http://www.swift.psu.edu/too.html.)",
