Ukwatta (GWU)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n \nUsing the data set from T-61 to T+242 sec from recent telemetry downlinks,\nwe report further analysis of BAT GRB 100316B (trigger #416103)\n(Baumgartner, et al., GCN Circ. 10489).  The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 163.499, -45.464 deg, which is \n   RA(J2000)  =  10h 53m 59.8s \n   Dec(J2000) = -45d 27' 49.3\" \nwith an uncertainty of 1.4 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 83%.\n \nThe mask-weighted light curve shows a FRED peak starting at T-0.3 sec,\npeaking at ~T+0.2 sec, and ending at ~T+20 sec.  T90 (15-350 keV) is\n3.8 +- 0.5 sec (estimated error including systematics).\n \nThe time-averaged spectrum from T-0.4 to T+4.0 sec is best fit by a simple\npower-law model.  The power law index of the time-averaged spectrum is\n2.23 +- 0.18.  The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 2.0 +- 0.2 x 10^-07 erg/cm2.\nThe 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T-0.11 sec in the 15-150 keV band\nis 1.3 +- 0.1 ph/cm2/sec.
