Ukwatta (GWU)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n\nUsing the data set from T-240 to T+302 sec from recent telemetry \ndownlinks, we report further analysis of BAT GRB 100514A (trigger \n#421962) (Markwardt, et al., GCN Circ. 10759). The BAT ground-calculated \nposition is RA, Dec = 328.757, 29.175 deg, which is\n    RA(J2000)  =  21h 55m 01.7s\n    Dec(J2000) = +29d 10' 29.8\"\nwith an uncertainty of 2.5 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment). \nThe partial coding was 76%.\n\nThe mask-weighted light curve shows FRED-like peak starting at ~T-2 sec, \npeaking at ~T+7 sec, and ending at ~T+38 sec.  T90 (15-350 keV) is 26.2 \n+- 8.2 sec (estimated error including systematics).\n\nThe time-averaged spectrum from T+0.3 to T+30.8 sec is best fit by a \nsimple power-law model.  The power law index of the time-averaged \nspectrum is 1.97 +- 0.25.  The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 4.0 +- \n0.7 x 10-7 erg/cm2.  The 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T+6.23 sec \nin the 15-150 keV band is 0.6 +- 0.2 ph/cm2/sec.
