The redshift z=0.093 (Piranomonte et al., GCN Circ \n1130) is typical for short bursts.\n\nThe origin of the GRB110106A is no connected with massive star core \ncollapse because  long distance  from center of the host galaxy \n(independently  of the host galaxy type!).  The \norigin of the GRB connected with the NS+NS  or NS+BH merging\n(Lipunov et al.,1995, \"Evolution of the Double Neutron Star Merging Rate \nand the Cosmological Origin of Gamma-Ray Burst Sources\", Astrophysical Journal \nv.454, p.593.; Lipunov, 1997, Relativistic \nBinary Merging Rates, The Invited Review on Joint Discussion \"High \nEnergy Transients\" on XXIIIrd General Assembly of IAU, Kioto, 1997, \nhttp://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1997astro.ph.11270L).\n\nThe message may be cited.\n\nmailto: lipunov@sai.msu.ru",
