D'Elia (ASI-ASDC) report on\nbehalf of the Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 110208a 85s\ns after the BAT trigger (D'Elia, GCN Circ. 11674). No optical afterglow\nconsistent with the enhanced XRT position (Evans et al, GCN Circ. 11678)\nor the Magellan position (Berger et al., GCN Circ. 11681) is detected in \nthe initial UVOT exposures or in the summed ones.\n Preliminary 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system\n(Poole et al. 2008, MNRAS, 383, 627) for the first finding chart (FC)\n exposures and subsequent exposures are:\n\nFilter T_start(s) T_stop(s) Exp(s) Mag\n\nwhite_FC 85 240 147 \t>20.6\nwhite 85 18443 1425 \t>21.5\n\nu_FC 298 548 246 \t>20.0\nu 298 30010 3111 >\t21.2\n\nv 628 11030 1190 \t>20.0\nb 553 24229 2021 \t>21.4\nw1 703 29283 2919 \t>21.3\nm2 652 28376 1771 \t>21.1\nw2 603 6810 393 \t>20.5\n\nWe note that there is a bright galaxy a few arcminutes from\nthe GRB position.\n\nThe values quoted above are not corrected for the Galactic\nextinction due to the reddening of E(B-V) = 0.02 in the\ndirection of the burst (Schlegel et al. 1998).",
