Ukwatta (MSU)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n \nUsing the data set from T-239 to T+963 sec from recent telemetry downlinks,\nwe report further analysis of BAT GRB 111016A (trigger #505646)\n(Mangano, et al., GCN Circ. 12439). The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 153.826, 27.474 deg, which is \n RA(J2000) = 10h 15m 18.2s \n Dec(J2000) = +27d 28' 26.7\" \nwith an uncertainty of 2.2 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 64%.\n \nThe mask-weighted light curve shows a series of slighlty overlapping peaks\nstarting at ~T-5 sec, peaking at T+58, T+118, T+160, T+210, T+255,\nthen returning to baseline, followed by smaller peaks at T+410, T+540, T+600,\nand possible peaks at T+700 and T+800. The burst location goes out\nof the BAT FOV at T+960 sec. T90 (15-350 keV) is 550 +- 105 sec\n(estimated error including systematics).\n \nThe time-averaged spectrum from T+35.41 to T+614.48 sec is best fit by a simple\npower-law model. The power law index of the time-averaged spectrum is\n1.95 +- 0.12. The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 4.0 +- 0.3 x 10^-6 erg/cm2.\nThe 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T+115.23 sec in the 15-150 keV band\nis 0.9 +- 0.2 ph/cm2/sec. All the quoted errors are at the 90% confidence\nlevel. \n \nThe results of the batgrbproduct analysis are available at\nhttp://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_s/505646/BA/",
