Ukwatta (MSU)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n\nAutomated BAT ground analysis found a burst that occurred at 01:55:39 UT \nwith a significance of 8.2 sigma (15-200 keV) from the event data.  \nThe event is temporally coincident with the Fermi GBM 352346136.  The best \nBAT location is RA, Dec = 122.4506, +29.6598 deg, which is\n\n  RA(J2000)  =  08h 09m 48.14s \n  Dec(J2000) = +29d 39' 35.3\" \n\nwith an uncertainty of 2.5 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\n\nSwift ToO has been requested.",
