We detect a \nsource at 22 GHz consistent with the Swift-XRT (GCN 13218) and the UVOT \nposition (GCN 13208) with a flux of 82 uJy (+/- 22 uJy).  The position \nof the radio source is\n\nRA    15:40:02.28 (+/- 0.01)\nDEC  +12:53:06.1  (+/- 0.1)\n\nThe source was not detected at 6 GHz (3-sigma upper limit of 33 uJy).\"",
