Pozanenko (IKI) report on behalf of \nlarger GRB  follow-up collaboration:\n\nWe observed the field of  GRB 120802A (Holland et al., GCN 13555) with \n0.45-m telescope �f ISON-NM observatory  starting on  Aug. 02 (UT) 08:13:18, \ni.e. 12.5 minutes after burst  trigger.  We took  several unfiltered images \nof 30 s exposure.  We do not detect any source within XRT error circle \n(Holland et al., GCN 13555) in any co-added frames.   The preliminary \nphotometry of  co-added frames is based  on the USNO-B1.0 (R2)  nearby \nstars:\n\nT_start,     Exposure, OT,  Upper Limit (3sigma)\n(UT)           (s)\n\n08:13:18    10x30       n/d    17.5\n08:13:18    20x30       n/d    17.7\n08:13:18    29x30       n/d    18.1\n\nObservations are continued.",
