Makishima (Univ. of���Tokyo),\non behalf of the Suzaku WAM team, report:\n\nThe short, IPN localized GRB 121127A (Golenetskii et al., GCN 14021)\nwas detected by the the Suzaku Wide-band All-sky Monitor (WAM) which\ncovers an energy range of 50 keV - 5 MeV at 21:56:01 UT (=T0).\n\nThe observed light curve shows a single peak starting at T0-1s, ending\nat T0s with a duration (T90) of about 1 seconds.\nThe fluence in 100 - 1000 keV was 9.34(+0.73/-2.40) x 10^-7 erg/cm^2.\nThe 1-s peak flux measured from T0-1s was\n1.78(+0.16/-0.47) photons/cm^2/s in the same energy range.\n\nPreliminary result shows that the time-averaged spectrum from T0-1s to\nT0s is well fitted by a power-law with exponential cutoff model :\n   dN/dE ~ E^{-alpha} * exp(-(2-alpha)*E/Epeak) with\n   alpha 0.55(+0.57/-0.80), and\n   Epeak 759(+273/-166) keV (chi^2/d.o.f. = 32.6/29).\nAll the quoted errors are at statistical 90% confidence level, in\nwhich the systematic uncertainties are not included.\n\nThe light curves with 1-sec time resolution for this burst will be\nappeared at:\n\nhttp://www.astro.isas.jaxa.jp/suzaku/HXD-WAM/WAM-GRB/grb/untrig/grb_table.html",
