Crain report:\n\nSkynet began observing the field of GRB130215A (Swift trigger 548760, GCN \n14204) in BVRI beginning ~12 minutes after the burst using four of the \nPROMPT telescopes located at CTIO in Chile, and the DSO-14 telescope and \nMorehead telescope in North Carolina, USA. A bright, fading source is \ndetected at the position reported by the ROTSE group (GCN 14205.)\n\nCalibrating to several nearby USNO B1.0/NOMAD stars, we find the following \ninitial magnitudes:\n\nFilt Time Mag\nB 15.4m\t15.4 \nV\t15.4m\t14.5\nR 13.0m\t13.8\nI 15.5\t13.3\n\n\nThe object has set in Chile, but further observations from the Northern \nhemisphere telescopes are ongoing.",
