Kawai(Tokyo Tech)\nreport on behalf of the MITSuME collaboration:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 130216A (Melandri et al., GCNC 14223)\nwith the optical three color (g', Rc and Ic) CCD camera attached\nto the Murikabushi 1m telescope of Ishigakijima Astronomical Observatory.\n\nThe observation started on 22013-02-17 14:30:07 UT (~16.2 h after the burst).\nWe did not find any new point source within the refined BAT error circle\n(Barthelmy et al., GCNC 14229) in all the three bands.\n\nThree sigma upper limits of the OT are listed below.
