Jansky Very Large Array (VLA) beginning on\n2013 March 14.44 UT (18.5 hr post-burst) at a mean frequency of 5.8 GHz. In\n1 hour of observations, we do not detect any source within the BAT-refined\nposition (Barthelmy et al., GCN 14296), within the latest XRT position\n(Osborne et al., GCN 14300), or in coincidence with any of the reported\noptical sources (de Ugarte Postigo et al., GCN 14302). We therefore place a\n3-sigma limit of ~60 microJy on the radio counterpart of GRB 130313A at\n18.5 hr after the burst.\"",
