Xavier Prochaska (UCSC), Josh Bloom (UCB), Antonino Cucchiara (UCSC),\nEleonora Troja (GSFC), Owen Littlejohns (ASU), Enrico Ramirez-Ruiz (UCSC),\nJosé A. de Diego (UNAM), Leonid Georgiev (UNAM), Jesús González (UNAM),\nCarlos Román-Zúñiga (UNAM), Neil Gehrels (GSFC), and Harvey Moseley (GSFC)\nreport:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 130420B (Oates et al., GCN 14411) with the\nReionization and Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR; www.ratir.org) on the\n1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at the Observatorio Astronómico Nacional on\nSierra San Pedro Mártir from 2013/04 21.15 to 2013/04 21.29 UTC (14.54 to\n18.10 hours after the BAT trigger), obtaining a total of 1.32 hours\nexposure in the r' and i' bands and 0.55 hours exposure in the Z, Y, J, and\nH bands.\n\nFor a source within the Swift-XRT error circle (Page et al., GCN 14430), in\ncomparison with SDSS DR8 and 2MASS, we obtain the following upper limits\n(3-sigma) in the AB magnitude system:\n\n r'> 23.19\n i'> 22.99\n Z > 21.87\n Y > 21.39\n J > 21.20\n H > 20.53\n\nThese magnitudes are not corrected for Galactic extinction in the direction\nof the GRB.\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astronómico Nacional in San Pedro\nMártir.",
