Shinohara and R.Starr, on\nbehalf of the GRS/Odyssey GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, Konus, and Mars Odyssey-HEND observed this burst at 16451 s.\n\nAs observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of about 150 seconds, a\n25-100 keV fluence of approximately 1.4E-05 erg/cm2, and a peak flux of\napproximately  1.0E-06 erg/cm2 s over 0.25 seconds.\n\nWe have triangulated it to two alternate, preliminary, 3 sigma error\nboxes each with approximate area 110. square arcminutes whose\ncoordinates are:\n\n    RA(2000)                              DEC(2000)\n ERROR BOX CENTER:   9 h 16 m 19.46 s     28 o 26 '  37.60 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 1:  9 h 16 m 13.03 s     28 o 23 '  22.43 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 2:  9 h 16 m 25.91 s     28 o 29 '  52.73 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 3:  9 h 16 m 56.59 s     28 o 19 '  23.24 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4:  9 h 15 m 41.80 s     28 o 33 '  58.02 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 5:  9 h 15 m 49.64 s     28 o 27 '  31.01 \"\n ERROR BOX CORNER 6:  9 h 16 m 49.24 s     28 o 25 '  44.61 \"\n\n                                       OR\n\n ERROR BOX CENTER:   7 h 58 m  5.36 s     41 o 35 '  38.95 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 7:  7 h 57 m 49.90 s     41 o 33 '  35.55 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 8:  7 h 58 m 20.82 s     41 o 37 '  42.25 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 9:  7 h 57 m 18.40 s     41 o 42 '  08.53 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 10:  7 h 58 m 52.84 s     41 o 29 '  03.72 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 11:  7 h 58 m 17.24 s     41 o 29 '  25.08 \"\n ERROR BOX CORNER 12:  7 h 57 m 53.51 s     41 o 41 '  52.39 \"\n\nThere is a chance that the ambiguity can be resolved by further\nprocessing. The above, smaller error boxes are the more precise ones.",
