Xavier Prochaska (UCSC), Josh Bloom (UCB), Antonino\nCucchiara (UCSC), Eleonora Troja (GSFC), Owen Littlejohns (ASU), Enrico\nRamirez-Ruiz (UCSC), José A. de Diego (UNAM), Leonid Georgiev (UNAM),\nJesús González (UNAM), Carlos Román-Zúñiga (UNAM), Neil Gehrels (GSFC),\nand Harvey Moseley (GSFC) report:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 130513A (Mereghetti, et al., GCN Circular\n14630) with the Reionization and Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR;\nwww.ratir.org) on the 1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at the Observatorio\nAstronómico Nacional on Sierra San Pedro Mártir from 2013/05 14.15 to\n2013/05 14.16 UTC (19.97 to 20.30 hours after the BAT trigger),\nobtaining a total of 0.18 hours exposure in the r' and i' bands and 0.07\nhours exposure in the Z, Y, J, and H bands.\n\nFor a source within the Swift-XRT error circle (Evans & Marshall, GCN\nCircular 14635), in comparison with USNO-B1 and 2MASS, we obtain the\nfollowing upper limits (3-sigma):\n\n r' > 22.64\n i' > 22.65\n Z > 21.34\n Y > 20.65\n J > 20.26\n H > 19.71\n\nThese magnitudes are in the AB system and not corrected for Galactic\nextinction in the direction of the GRB.\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astronómico Nacional in San Pedro \nMártir.",
