Khamitov, (TUG)\nreports:\n\nWe have observed the optical transient (OT) of GRB020813 (HETE Trigger #2262; \nGCN 1471) with TUG's (TUBITAK National Observatory, Turkey) RTT150 1.5m \ntelescope and SDSU camera on 13th August 2002, with  1.0 arcsec seeing.\n\nWe also confirm the presence of the transient reported by Fox, Blake & Price\n(GCN 1470).\n\nA combined image of eight R-band exposures (sums up to 24 minutes)\ncentered at 20:40 UT (almost 18 hours after the event) gives R=20.0+/-0.2,\nusing USNO-A2 magnitude estimates.
