Hurley on behalf of the HETE \nFREGATE Team;\n\nwrite:\n\nAnalysis of the full data set derived from the HETE Soft X-ray Camera \n(SXC) has resulted in a revised location for GRB020813(=H2262; \nVillasenor et al, GCN Circular #1471). The revised SXC location can \nbe expressed as a 90% confidence circle that is 50 arcseconds in \nradius (due entirely to systematic errors) and is centered at:\n\nRA = 19h 46m 41.8s, Dec = -19o 35' 39\" (J2000)\n\nWe conclude that the Fox et al (GCN Circular #1470) afterglow \ncandidate for GRB020813 lies 26 arcseconds from the SXC location, \nwell within the error circle reported here.\n\nFurther information regarding GRB020813 is provided at the following URL:\n\nhttp://space.mit.edu/HETE/Bursts/\n\nThis message is citable.",
