Immler (GSFC) report on behalf of the\nSwift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 130716A\n120s after the BAT trigger (Cummings et al., GCN Circ. 15006).  No\noptical afterglow consistent with the XRT position is detected in\nthe initial UVOT exposures.\n\nPreliminary 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system\n(Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf.
