Palmer (LANL) report on behalf of the Swift Team:\n\nAt 05:47:49 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and\nlocated GRB 130719A (trigger=562625). Swift could not slew to the burst\ndue to a Sun constraint. \nThe BAT on-board calculated location is \nRA, Dec 89.039, -11.585 which is \n RA(J2000) = 05h 56m 09s\n Dec(J2000) = -11d 35' 03\"\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including \nsystematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve is dominated by\nvariation from Vela X-1, which is also in the FOV, so nothing\ncan be stated about the burst light curve for this image\ntrigger at this time. \n\nDue to the Sun constraint, XRT and UVOT will not be able to\nobserve the burst location until July 26. \n\nBurst Advocate for this burst is F. E. Marshall (marshall AT milkyway.gsfc.nasa.gov). \nPlease contact the BA by email if you require additional information\nregarding Swift followup of this burst. In extremely urgent cases, after\ntrying the Burst Advocate, you can contact the Swift PI by phone (see\nSwift TOO web site for information: http://www.swift.psu.edu/too.html.)",
