(GCN 1470)\nwith Zeiss-1000 telescope of Special Astrophysical Observatory (SAO). Three\nR-band images (exposure of each 303 sec) were taken on August 13 between\n18:43 - 19:05 UT.\n\nUsing combined image of the 3 exposures and calibration data provided by A.\nHenden (GCN 1503) we obtained R magnitude of 19.70 +/- 0.25.\n\nThe combined image may be found at http://grb.rssi.ru/GRB020813\n=================================\nR=19.70 +/- 0.25 at UT 18.72 August 13, 2002\n=================================\n\nThis message may be cited.",
