Stroh (PSU) report on behalf of the \nSwift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 131002B\n62 s after the BAT trigger (Stroh et al., GCN Circ. 15284).\nNo optical afterglow consistent with the XRT position (Beardmore et al. \nGCN Circ. 15291) is detected in the initial UVOT exposures. There is a \nDSS source lying just on the edge of the XRT region at 05:00:29.386 \n-75:42:07.58.\nPreliminary 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system \n(Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf.
