Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on behalf of the HETE GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, Mars Odyssey-HEND, Mars Odyssey-GRS, and HETE-FREGATE\nobserved this GRB at 24827 seconds. As observed by Ulysses, it had a\nduration of approximately 15 seconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of\napproximately 5.1E-06 erg/cm2, and a peak flux of approximately\n5.1E-07 erg/cm2 s over 0.50 seconds.\n\nThe burst arrival direction was very close to that of the Ulysses/MO\nvector, resulting in one very wide annulus (~112') and two much smaller\nones (~6' and 8'). The result is two alternate, preliminary, 3 sigma\nerror boxes each with approximate areas 500 square arcminutes each\nwhose coordinates are:\n\n RA(2000) DEC(2000)\n ERROR BOX CENTER: 0 h 44 m 28.95 s -68 o 57 ' 38.48 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 0 h 35 m 20.77 s -69 o 33 ' 50.43 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 0 h 53 m 07.86 s -68 o 17 ' 23.34 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 0 h 35 m 06.37 s -69 o 32 ' 58.52 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 0 h 53 m 37.28 s -68 o 18 ' 22.10 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 5: 0 h 43 m 27.01 s -69 o 06 ' 33.49 \"\n ERROR BOX CORNER 6: 0 h 45 m 32.84 s -68 o 48 ' 28.17 \"\n\n OR\n\n ERROR BOX CENTER: 1 h 41 m 58.08 s -62 o 7 ' 29.68 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 7: 1 h 46 m 11.24 s -61 o 14 ' 55.49 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 8: 1 h 37 m 09.77 s -62 o 59 ' 57.38 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 9: 1 h 46 m 02.94 s -61 o 13 ' 46.22 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 10: 1 h 37 m 21.91 s -63 o 02 ' 29.96 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 11: 1 h 43 m 07.30 s -62 o 00 ' 49.41 \"\n ERROR BOX CORNER 12: 1 h 40 m 46.66 s -62 o 14 ' 24.57 \"\n\n\nThere is a chance that the ambiguity can be resolved by further\nprocessing, if Konus or RHESSI observed this event; Konus data are\nscheduled to be downlinked around 0500 UT on Thursday September 5.\n\nMaps will be posted shortly at ssl.berkeley.edu/ipn3/020904.\nHowever, viewer discretion is advised; they aren't pretty.\n\nThese error boxes may be improved.\n\nA GCN socket message has been issued with two larger, four-cornered\nerror boxes, due to the format of those message.",
