  "body": "Veli-Pekka Hentunen, Markku Nissinen and Tuomo Salmi (Taurus Hill\nObservatory, Varkaus, Finland) report:\n\nWe have detected GRB 131030A optical afterglow at iTelescope observatory\nT21 (Mayhill, New Mexico). We used 0.43-m/6.8 astrograph and FLI-PL6303E\nCCD. Three unfiltered images and three photometric R filter images with 600 sec \nexposure time were made.\n\nThe afterglow was detected at the following position RA 23:00:16.17 and \nDEC -05:22:05.0.\n\nThe following magnitudes were obtained from the observations using \nNOMAD1 0846-0702870 (R=17.120) as a comparison star:\n\nTmid(h)+T0       Filter             Exp. time (sec)       Mag            Mag err. \n8.53                  unfiltered       3x600                   18.57CR     0.12\n9.26                  R                  3x600                   19.43R        0.24",
