Hurley on behalf of the IPN team, report:\n\nThe long-duration, intense GRB 131127B (von Kienlin, GCN 15528) has been \nobserved by Fermi (GBM: trigger 407254341),  INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and \nKonus-Wind, so far, at about 51138 s UT (14:12:18).\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose \ncoordinates are:\n  ---------------------------------------------\n   RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n  ---------------------------------------------\n  Center:\n   304.839 (20h 19m 21s)  -2.830 ( -2d 49' 46\")\n  Corners:\n   304.599 (20h 18m 24s)  -0.050 ( +0d 03' 01\")\n   305.856 (20h 23m 26s)  -5.612 ( -5d 36' 45\")\n   305.066 (20h 20m 16s)  -5.608 ( -5d 36' 28\")\n   303.808 (20h 15m 14s)  -0.033 ( +0d 02' 00\")\n  ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is 4.38 sq. deg, and its maximum\ndimension is 5.9 deg (the minimum one is 0.77 deg).\nThe Sun distance was 62 deg.\n\nThis box can be improved.\n\nAll optical afterglow candidates reported by iPTF (Singer, GCN 15524) \nare far outside of the box.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB131127_T51139/IPN/",
