Goldstein, \non behalf of the Fermi GBM team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 131216A (V. Pelassa GCN Circ. 15599; P. Veres et \nal. GCN Circ. 15598) was observed by Fermi (GBM: trigger 408851795), \nKonus-Wind, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), Swift (BAT), Suzaku (WAM), and MESSENGER \n(GRNS) at about 6992 s UT (01:56:32). The burst was outside the coded \nfield of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose \ncoordinates are:\n    ---------------------------------------------\n     RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n    ---------------------------------------------\n    Center:\n      94.674 (06h 18m 42s) -41.627 (-41d 37' 35\")\n    Corners:\n      88.596 (05h 54m 23s) -43.014 (-43d 00' 51\")\n      99.822 (06h 39m 17s) -40.204 (-40d 12' 16\")\n     100.505 (06h 42m 01s) -39.743 (-39d 44' 34\")\n      89.379 (05h 57m 31s) -42.669 (-42d 40' 08\")\n    ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is 1.8 sq. deg, and its maximum dimension is 9.5 deg \n(the minimum one is 0.2 deg).\n\nThe center of the GBM ground position (V. Pelassa GCN Circ. 15599) is \n6.58 deg from the center of the box.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at \nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB131216_T06993/IPN/",
