Cline on behalf of the \nKonus-Wind team report:\n\nThe long GRB 131215A (MAXI/GSC detection and localization:\nK. Fukushima et al., GCN 15597) was detected by Konus-Wind\nin the waiting mode at about T0(MAXI)= 32900 s UT (09:08:20).\n\nThe burst began with a pulse with a duration of about 60 s, followed by \na less intense emission lasting ~240 s. The total burst duration was \nabout 300 s.\n\nAs observed by Konus-Wind, the burst had a fluence\nof (1.4 +/- 0.3)x10^-5 erg/cm2 (in the 20 - 1200 keV energy range).\n\nModelling the K-W 3-channel time-integrated spectrum\n(from T0(KW) to T0(KW)+300 s)\nby a power law with exponential cutoff model:\ndN/dE ~ (E^alpha)*exp(-E*(2+alpha)/Ep) yields\nalpha = -1.28 (-0.27, +0.31), and\nEp = 263 (-87, +234) keV\n\nAll the quoted errors are estimated at the 1 sigma confidence level.\n\nThe K-W light curve of this burst is available at\nhttp://www.ioffe.rssi.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB131215A/",
