Cenko (GSFC) report on behalf of the \nSwift team:\n\nSwift/UVOT started observations of GRB140209A (Cenko et al., GCN Circ. \n15808) 188.1\nks after the burst trigger.\nNo optical counterpart is detected at the position of XRT counterpart \n(D'Elia et al.,\nGCN Circ 15819) and the P60 Source (Perley et al., GCN Circ 15809) in summed\nexposures.\n\nPreliminary 3-sigma upper limit using the UVOT photometric system \n(Breeveld et al al.\n2011, AIP Conf. Proc. 1358, 373) is:\n\nFilter   T_start (s)  T_stop (s)  Exp(s)     Mag\n\nwhite    188075       195531      2689     >22.7\n\nNo correction has been made for the expected Galactic extinction \ncorresponding\nto E(B-V) = 0.03 in the direction of the burst (Schlegel et al. 1998).",
