  "body": "M. H. Siegel (PSU) and S. T. Holland (STScI) report on behalf of the\nSwift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT has continued to observe GRB 140213A (Holland\net al., GCN 15825).  We find that the optical afterglow is slowly fading\nbut still detected in all UVOT filters as of 68 ks after the BAT trigger.\n\nThe preliminary UVOT position is:\n   RA  (J2000) =  07:00:37.13 = 105.15472 (deg.)\n   Dec (J2000) = -73:08:13.5  = -73.13707 (deg.)\nwith an estimated uncertainty of 0.51 arc sec. (radius, 90% confidence).\n\nPreliminary detections using the UVOT photometric system (Breeveld et  \nal. 2011, AIP Conf.
