Cummings (NASA/UMBC) report on behalf of the Swift-XRT team:\n\n\nWe have analysed 2.7 ks of XRT data for GRB 140211A (Cummings et al. \nGCN Circ. 15816), from 298.7 ks to 385.2 ks after the BAT trigger. \nThe data are entirely in Photon Counting (PC) mode. The refined XRT \nposition is RA, Dec = 124.22331, +20.2432 which is equivalent to:\n\nRA (J2000): 08 16 53.59\nDec(J2000): +20 14 35.5\n\nwith an uncertainty of 4.4 arcsec (radius, 90% confidence). We cannot \ndetermine at the present time whether the source is fading.\n\n\nThe results of the XRT-team automatic analysis are available at\nhttp://www.swift.ac.uk/xrt_products/00586289.\n\nUVOT performed observations of GRB140211A in UVM2 and UVW1. At the \nposition of the XRT source, no counterpart is detected in these \nfilters in summed exposures. Preliminary 3-sigma upper limits using \nthe UVOT photometric system (Breeveld et al 2011, AIP Conf. Proc. \n1358, 373) are\n\nFilter T_start (s) T_Stop (s) Exp (s) Mag\num2 298690 298860 167 >19.5\nuw1 338330 385245 2438 >21.3\n\nNo correction has been made for extinction corresponding to \nE(B-V)=0.04 (Schlegel et al 1998).\n\nThis circular is an official product of the Swift team.\n\n----------------------------------------------------------------\nThis message was sent using IMP, the Internet Messaging Program.",
