Markwardt (NASA/GSFC) report on behalf of\nthe Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 140215A 126 s\nafter the BAT trigger (Markwardt et al., GCN Circ. 15837). A source\nconsistent with the XRT position (Evans et al. GCN Circ. 15842) is detected\nin the initial UVOT exposures.\n\nThe preliminary UVOT position is:\n    RA  (J2000) =  06:56:35.81 = 104.14920 (deg.)\n    Dec (J2000) = +41:47:11.7  =  41.78659 (deg.)\nwith an estimated uncertainty of 0.50 arc sec. (radius, 90% confidence).\n\nPreliminary detections and 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric\nsystem (Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf.
