Xavier\nProchaska (UCSC), Josh Bloom (UCB), Antonino Cucchiara (ORAU/GSFC),\nEleonora Troja (GSFC), Enrico Ramirez-Ruiz (UCSC), José A. de Diego\n(UNAM), Leonid Georgiev (UNAM), Jesús González (UNAM), Carlos\nRomán-Zúñiga (UNAM), Neil Gehrels (GSFC), and Harvey Moseley (GSFC)\nreport:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 140318A (Cenko, et al., GCN 15986) with\nthe Reionization and Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR; www.ratir.org)\non the 1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at the Observatorio Astronómico\nNacional on Sierra San Pedro Mártir from 2014/03 18.15 to 2014/03 18.31\nUTC (3.36 to 7.40 hours after the BAT trigger) obtaining a total of 0.99\nhours exposure in the r and i bands and 0.60 hours exposure in the Z, Y,\nJ, and H bands.\n\nWe detect the previously reported optical counterpart (Schulze, et al. GCN\n15987). In comparison with the SDSS DR9 and 2MASS, we obtain the following\ndetections:\n\n  r     21.88 +/- 0.33\n  i     21.37 +/- 0.18\n  Z     20.67 +/- 0.20\n  Y     20.76 +/- 0.29\n  J     20.60 +/- 0.21\n  H     20.29 +/- 0.19\n\nThese magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic\nextinction in the direction of the GRB. In comparison to the observations\nof Schulze, et al. (GCN 15987) the measured r-band magnitude is consistent\nwith a power-law decay with a temporal index alpha = -1.0.\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astronómico Nacional in San Pedro\nMártir.",
