Xavier Prochaska\n(UCSC), Josh Bloom (UCB), Antonino Cucchiara (ORAU/GSFC), Eleonora\nTroja (GSFC), Enrico Ramirez-Ruiz (UCSC), José A. de Diego (UNAM),\nLeonid Georgiev (UNAM), Jesús González (UNAM), Carlos Román-Zúñiga\n(UNAM), Neil Gehrels (GSFC), and Harvey Moseley (GSFC) report:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 140320A (Cannizzo, et al., GCN 16000) with\nthe Reionization and Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR; www.ratir.org)\non the 1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at the Observatorio Astronómico\nNacional on Sierra San Pedro Mártir from 2014/03 21.42 to 2014/03 21.51\nUTC (31.77 to 33.94 hours after the BAT trigger), obtaining a total of\n1.40 hours exposure in the r and i bands and 0.56 hours exposure in the\nZ, Y, J, and H bands.\n\nFor a source within the Swift-XRT error circle, in comparison with 2MASS,\nwe obtain the following upper limits (3-sigma):\n\n  r     > 22.70\n  i     > 22.38\n  Z     > 21.23\n  Y     > 21.27\n  J     > 20.82\n  H     > 20.24\n\nThese magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic\nextinction in the direction of the GRB.\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astronómico Nacional in San Pedro\nMártir.",
