(IRAP-CNRS-OMP) report:\n\nWe imaged the field of GRB 140302A detected by SWIFT\n(trigger 589685) with the TAROT robotic telescope (D=25cm)\nlocated at the European Southern Observatory,\nLa Silla observatory, Chile.\n\nThe observations started 36.5s after the GRB trigger\n(14.3s after the notice). The elevation of the field increased from\n48 degrees above horizon and weather conditions\nwere excellent.\n\nThe first image is trailed with a duration of 60.0s\n(see the description in Klotz et al., 2006, A&A 451, L39).\nWe do not detect any OT with a limiting magnitude of:\nt0+36.5s to t0+96.5s : Rlim = 15.9\n\nThe second image is 60.0s exposure in tracking mode.\nNo afterglow candidate is seen:\nt0+140s to t0+200s : Rlim = 19.0\n\nThe next images does not show the candidate identified\nby Elliott et al. (GCNC 15903) at R=23.7 8.2 min after\nthe trigger.\n\nMagnitudes were estimated with the nearby USNO-B1 stars\nand are not corrected for galactic dust extinction.",
