Chiang (KIPAC/SLAC) report on behalf of the Fermi-LAT team:\n\n\nAt 00:10:07.00 on April 02, 2014, Fermi-LAT detected\nhigh-energy emission from GRB 140402A,\nwhich was also detected by Fermi-GBM (trigger 418090209/140402007).\n\nThe best LAT on-ground location is found to be\n\nRA, Dec 207.47, 5.87 (J2000)\n\nwith an error radius of 0.20 deg\n(90% containment, statistical error only).\nThis position was 13 deg from the LAT boresight\nat the time of the trigger and is consistent\nwith the last GBM ground location.\n\nThe data from the Fermi-LAT show a significant increase\nin the event rate within 10 degrees of the GBM location\nafter the GBM trigger that is spatially and temporally\ncorrelated with the GBM emission with high significance.\nMore than 10 photons above 100 MeV\nare observed within 800 seconds.\nThe highest-energy photon is a 3.5 GeV event which is\nobserved 6.8 seconds after the GBM trigger.\nThese numbers may increase as more data become\navailable.\n\nA Swift ToO has been requested for this burst.\n\nThe Fermi-LAT point of contact for this burst is\nElisabetta Bissaldi (Elisabetta.Bissaldi@ts.infn.it).\n\n\nThe Fermi-LAT is a pair conversion telescope designed to cover\nthe energy band from 20 MeV to greater than 300 GeV.\nIt is the product of an international collaboration between\nNASA and DOE in the U.S. and many scientific institutions\nacross France, Italy, Japan and Sweden.",
