Swenson (PSU)\nreport on behalf of the Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 140502A\n75 s after the BAT trigger (Swenson et al., GCN Circ. 16202). Two bright \nUSNO-B1 sources lie close to the XRT location, with R magnitudes of 13.48 \nand 13.61, lie within 3 and 9 arcseconds, respectively of the XRT position \n(Goad et al., GCN Circ. 16206). Neither of these sources are observed to \nvary significantly over the duration of the initial UVOT observations.\n\nPpreliminary 3-sigma upper limits, using the UVOT photometric \nsystem (Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf.
