Jansky Very Large Array (VLA) beginning on\n2014 May 17.48 UT (14.94 hr post-burst) at a mean frequency of 6 GHz. In 1\nhour of observations, we do not detect any radio source in or around the\nenhanced XRT position (Osborne et al., GCN 16289). We therefore place a\n3-sigma limit of 24 microJy on the radio afterglow of GRB 140516A at 14.94\nhr after the burst.\n\nWe thank the VLA staff for quickly executing these observations.\"",
