Golenetskii, on behalf of the Konus-Wind \nand Helicon-Coronas-F GRB teams, report:\n\nUlysses, Mars Odyssey (HEND and GRS), Helicon, and Konus-Wind  observed\nthis GRB at 14496 seconds (GCN 1632).
