Pozanenko \n(IKI) report on behalf of larger GRB follow-up collaboration:\n\nWe observed second epoch of the field of the Swift GRB 140521A (Troja et \nal., GCN 16311) with AS-32 (0.7m) telescope of Abastumani Observatory \nstarting on May,  22 (UT) 21:34:30. We obtained several unfiltered \nframes with exposure of 120 s. In comparison with our first epoch \nobservation (Volnova et al., GCN 16317)  we do not detect any variable \nsource within the BAT ground-calculated position (Barthelmy et al.,  GCN \n16316).\n\nA photometry is based on the same reference star used in first epoch \n(see GCN 16311):\n\nUT start            t-T0         Filter   Exp.
